Echo is the intelligence engine and a communications operating system: one brain
that many companies run on. She answers, qualifies, books, takes payment and
follows up in over 100 languages, then hands to your team when it counts.
WhatsApp is the primary way in across Africa, but Echo is channel-agnostic and
also runs on web and other channels.
